About Our Trainer
Megan Pawlak, Founder of Benandanti Consulting
Megan brings a well rounded perspective to leadership and employee engagement, having been an employee, a leader, and the HR person in between. She has been on the “rocket ship” startup, recruited talent for multiple industries, navigated international scale across 13 countries, seen pivots, reductions, IPO and more. She left the corporate HR space in 2022, often frustrated by the hesitation to prepare leaders for how the human experience intertwines with the workplace. She now dedicates herself to helping early stage startups build more human workplaces through her principles of Respect, Clarity and Compassion. She designed The Deep End after helping Founders and other high-level, first time people managers step into their leadership roles with confidence and genuine care. She’s ready to help you do the same.
